The Safeteen Professional Development training programs present our highly successful skills-based violence prevention model which has been integrated into schools and communities both locally and internationally. The focus of these programs for parents and professionals, will be the acquisition of concrete skills - skills to use and to pass on to the teens we live and work with. Skills which empower us as adults and also enable our youth to cope with the verbal, emotional and physical threats that they are exposed to every single day. Customized professional development programs available for schools, organizations and corporations. Through an engaging process of experiential exercises, role-plays, dialogue and demonstration, participants will gain both personal and professional tools to apply to their own lives and those that they work with. All participants will have the opportunity to observe a “live” Safeteen workshop during the training. The training will be conducted in both a gender blended and gender separate format. All beings welcome. 

In our 3 Day Professional Development Program, participants will have the opportunity to observe a live Safeteen youth workshop.

Pro-D Day Details - Half Day

• 2.5 - 3 hour block of time
• Delivered to gender-blended audience
• Maximum 40 participants per training
• Whiteboard, chalkboard or flip chart required
• In-town $700 + GST per presentation, includes 2 presenters, travel fees may apply
• Out-of-town $1400 + GST per training, travel fees will apply, contact us

Pro-D Day Large Group Presentation

• 1.5 - 2 hour block of time
• Delivered to gender-blended groups
• Unlimited Capacity - For large groups over 40 persons
• Clip on mic or mic with stand required & AV equipment is ideal
• Whiteboard, chalkboard or flip chart required
• In-town $1300 + GST per presentation, includes 2 presenters

Professional Development Training Details - 3 Day

• 6 hour block of time per day, includes 1 hour break
• 3 days - 15 hours of training
• Delivered in gender-blended and gender-specific groups
• Maximum 30 participants per training
• Whiteboard, chalkboard or flip chart required
• In-town $4050 + GST per training
• Out-of-town $8100 + GST per training, travel fees will apply, contact us
